From Holon, walk to the nearest bus stop. Look for bus line 5, which travels towards Jerusalem. Board the bus and enjoy the ride. After approximately 40 minutes, get off at the 'Kiryat Moshe' bus stop in Jerusalem. From there, walk towards Har Tsiyon Street, which is about a 15-minute walk straight ahead. The Cenáculo will be on your left at Har Tsiyon St 1.

Head to the Holon Junction train station. Take a train heading towards Tel Aviv. Transfer at the Tel Aviv Savidor Central station to a train going to Jerusalem. Once you arrive at the Jerusalem Yitzhak Navon station, exit the station and take bus line 74 towards the 'Kiryat Moshe' area. After about 20 minutes, get off at the 'Kiryat Moshe' stop. Walk to Har Tsiyon Street, which is about a 15-minute walk, and the Cenáculo will be on your left.
