If you are driving, start from the city center of Jerusalem. Head southwest on Sderot Ben Tsvi towards King David Street. Continue on King David Street, then make a left onto Hillel Street. Follow Hillel Street as it turns into the Derech Hebron. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Yaffo Street. Turn right onto Yaffo Street and continue for about 1 km. Look for signs towards the Old City. After entering the Old City, follow the signs towards Mount Zion. Deir Al-Sultan is located near the Armenian Quarter, behind the Church of St. James.
Public Transportation
To reach Deir Al-Sultan by public transportation, you can take the light rail from the Central Bus Station in Jerusalem. Board the light rail heading towards the City Center and get off at the 'City Hall' station. From there, walk towards the Old City entrance via Jaffa Gate. Once inside the Old City, head towards the Armenian Quarter. Deir Al-Sultan is located near the Church of St. James, so follow the signs in the Armenian Quarter.
