Walking
If you are starting from the Jaffa Gate, exit the Old City and head east towards the main street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Sultan Suleiman Street. Turn left onto Sultan Suleiman Street and walk for about 10 minutes. You'll pass the Damascus Gate on your left. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Nablus Road. Turn right onto Nablus Road and walk until you see the entrance to the Muslim Quarter. Once inside the Muslim Quarter, follow the signs towards the Pool of Bethesda. St. Anne's Church is located adjacent to the Pool of Bethesda.

If you are near the Western Wall, start by heading north through the Old City towards the Damascus Gate. Once you exit the gate, turn right onto Sultan Suleiman Street and follow the directions as mentioned before. Keep walking straight for about 15 minutes until you reach Nablus Road. Turn right and continue towards the Pool of Bethesda where St. Anne's Church is located.

For those coming from the Mahane Yehuda Market area, walk to the nearest light rail station at Jaffa Street. Take the light rail towards the City Center and get off at the Damascus Gate station. From there, follow Sultan Suleiman Street as described earlier, and make your way to the Pool of Bethesda to reach St. Anne's Church.
