Walking
If you are starting from the Old City, head towards the Jaffa Gate. From Jaffa Gate, walk straight down David Street until you reach a T-intersection. Turn right onto Sultan Suleiman Street and continue walking. After a short distance, you will arrive at the Dung Gate entrance on your left. The Dung Gate is located near the southern wall of the Old City.
Public Transport
From the Central Bus Station in Jerusalem, take bus number 1 or 3 towards the Old City. Get off at the stop near the Jaffa Gate. From there, walk down David Street, turn right onto Sultan Suleiman Street, and proceed until you see the Dung Gate entrance on your left.
Taxi or Rideshare
If you prefer to take a taxi or rideshare, inform the driver that you want to go to Dung Gate, located in the Old City of Jerusalem. The driver will drop you off near the entrance to the Dung Gate, from where you can easily enter the Old City.
Bicycle
If you are biking in Jerusalem, make your way to the Old City by riding towards the Jaffa Gate. Once you reach the Jaffa Gate, continue onto David Street and then take a right onto Sultan Suleiman Street. Follow this road until you reach the Dung Gate on your left. Note that parking for bicycles may be limited, so plan accordingly.
