Public Bus

From the center of Ramat Gan, walk to the nearest bus stop on Ibn Gabirol Street. Take Bus 62 towards Jerusalem. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Jerusalem, get off at the central bus station. From there, you can either walk to the Old City or take another bus or tram to your desired location.
Train

Head to the Ramat Gan train station, located on the corner of Jabotinsky Street and HaSharon Street. Take the train towards Tel Aviv, and transfer at the Tel Aviv Savidor Central station to the train heading to Jerusalem. The total travel time will be around 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Jerusalem station, you can walk or take a bus or tram to reach your final destination.
Walking

If you're close to the border of Tel Aviv, you can walk towards the major junction of the city and then head to the nearest bus station to catch a bus to Jerusalem. This option is more suitable if you enjoy walking and have a good sense of direction, but it may take a couple of hours to reach your destination.
