Car
If you're traveling by car, start by heading towards Jericho. From Jerusalem, take Route 1 towards Tel Aviv, then merge onto Route 90 towards Jericho. After approximately 30 kilometers, you will reach Jericho. Once in Jericho, follow the signs to the Mount of Temptation. The mountain is located just north of the city center. You can park at the designated parking area near the cable car station.

Public Transportation
To reach the Mount of Temptation via public transportation, first take a bus or shared taxi (sherut) from Jerusalem to Jericho. Buses leave from the Central Bus Station in Jerusalem and take about 45 minutes. Once you arrive in Jericho, you can either walk to the Mount of Temptation, which is about a 30-minute walk north of the city center, or take a local taxi to the base of the mountain. Note that there may be a small cost for the taxi ride.

After reaching the base of the Mount of Temptation, consider taking the cable car to the top for stunning views and easier access. The cable car station is located near the parking area. Tickets for the cable car typically cost around 50 NIS per person one way. The ride takes just a few minutes and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.
