Car

Follow the signs for Tel Aviv and take the exit towards Rothschild Blvd. Continue straight on Rothschild Blvd until you reach number 16. Parking can be found nearby, but be prepared to pay for metered parking. The approximate cost is 6-10 ILS per hour.
Public Transportation - Bus
For those using public transportation, you can take a bus to Tel Aviv. Look for lines that head to Rothschild Blvd or nearby stops. The Dan bus company operates in the area. Once you arrive at Rothschild Blvd, disembark at the stop closest to number 16. The fare is typically around 5.90 ILS, and you can pay using a Rav-Kav card or cash.
Public Transportation - Train and Bus
If you are coming from other cities in Israel, you can take a train to Tel Aviv's Savidor Central Station. From there, transfer to a bus (lines 18, 25, or 5) that goes towards Rothschild Blvd. Get off at the Rothschild Blvd stop closest to number 16. The train fare from Jerusalem to Tel Aviv is about 23 ILS, and the bus fare is approximately 5.90 ILS.
Walking
If you are already in the vicinity of Rothschild Blvd, you can easily walk to Independence Hall. Look for the street signs directing you to Rothschild Blvd and follow them to number 16. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk from the nearest public transport stops.
