From Modi'in, head to the Modi'in Central Bus Station located at 1 HaSharon St. Take bus number 49 towards Jerusalem. The bus ride will take around 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Jerusalem Central Bus Station, follow the signs to the 'Light Rail' station located inside the bus terminal.

Light Rail
At the Jerusalem Central Bus Station, board the Light Rail (also known as the Jerusalem Tram) heading towards 'Mount Herzl'. Get off at the 'City Hall' stop. From there, walk towards David Street, which will lead you to the Jaffa Gate entrance of the Old City.

Walking
After exiting the tram at City Hall, head west on Jaffa Road until you reach the intersection with King David Street. Turn left onto King David Street and continue until you see the Jaffa Gate. Enter through the Jaffa Gate, and you will find yourself in the Old City of Jerusalem.
