The cave is located off a dirt road that branches to your right; make sure to park in the designated parking area.

To reach מערת ניקנור via public transportation, begin your journey at the Jerusalem Central Bus Station. Take a bus heading towards the Dead Sea; buses operated by Egged offer routes to Ein Gedi or Masada. You will need to get off at the nearest stop to the Dead Sea area, then hire a local taxi or arrange for a shuttle service to take you to the cave. Ensure to confirm the location with the driver, as public transport options may not go directly to the cave. The taxi ride may incur an additional cost, typically ranging from 100-150 NIS depending on the distance.
