Car
If you are traveling by car, start from Jerusalem. Take Route 1 (the Tel Aviv-Jerusalem highway) and then connect to Route 44 towards Ma'ale Adumim. Continue on Route 44 until you reach the junction with Route 90. Turn left onto Route 90 and follow the signs for the Dead Sea. After approximately 30 kilometers, look for signs to the Eshet Hadassa Reservoir. Once you see the signs, follow the dirt road leading to the reservoir. Note that a 4x4 vehicle is recommended for the last stretch of dirt road. There is no entry fee for the reservoir area.

Public Transportation
To reach Eshet Hadassa Reservoir via public transportation, take a bus from Jerusalem to the nearby town of Ma'ale Adumim. Several bus lines operate this route, such as Egged Line 21. Once you arrive in Ma'ale Adumim, you will need to hire a taxi to reach the Eshet Hadassa Reservoir, as public transport does not directly serve the area. Taxi fares may vary, so it is advisable to agree on a fare before getting in. Expect to pay around 100-150 NIS for the one-way trip.
