If you are driving, start from the town of Ein Gedi. From the main road (Route 90), turn onto Route 1 towards Ein Gedi. Once in Ein Gedi, follow the signs for the Ein Gedi Nature Reserve. Continue on the road until you reach the entrance of the reserve. There may be an entrance fee (approximately 28 NIS per person). After entering, park your car at the designated parking area. From there, follow the marked trail to Wadi Arugot, which is approximately a 30-minute hike.

To reach Wadi Arugot via public transportation, take a bus from Jerusalem to Ein Gedi. The bus service is operated by Egged, and you can check the schedule on their website. Once you arrive at the Ein Gedi bus stop, follow the same directions as for driving: walk towards the entrance of the Ein Gedi Nature Reserve. Be prepared to pay the entrance fee of about 28 NIS.
