Public Bus
From the center of Kfar Saba, walk to the bus stop at 'Hagiborim' (located near the Kfar Saba Central Bus Station). Take bus line 49 towards Tel Aviv. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the 'HaShalom' bus stop in Tel Aviv. From there, you can either walk or take a taxi to Mikve Israel St 10, which is about a 10-minute walk. Head south on HaShalom St, then turn right onto Rothschild Boulevard. Continue straight until you reach Mikve Israel St, where Kuli Alma is located.

Head to Kfar Saba's train station. Take the train towards Tel Aviv and get off at the 'Tel Aviv Savidor Center' station. From the train station, you can either take bus line 25 or a taxi to Mikve Israel St 10. If you choose to walk, exit the station, turn left onto HaShmonaim St, then turn right onto Mikve Israel St. Kuli Alma will be on your left.
