From Kfar Saba, head to the nearest bus station, which is Kfar Saba Central Station. You can take bus line 49 towards Tel Aviv. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the 'Rothschild Boulevard' stop. From there, walk east along Rothschild Boulevard for about 10 minutes until you reach 'Avraham Stern St'. Turn left onto Avraham Stern St, and the Lehi Museum will be on your right at number 8.

If you're in the center of Kfar Saba, you can walk to the Kfar Saba Central Station and catch a bus as described above. If you prefer walking the whole way, it will take around 1 hour and 30 minutes. From Kfar Saba, head south towards the main road (HaShmonaim St) and continue straight until you reach the junction with Route 4. Cross the road and head towards the Tel Aviv area. Continue straight until you find Avraham Stern St, where you will turn right and find the museum at number 8.
