From Kfar Saba, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Jabotinsky Street (a major road). Catch bus number 149 or 159 towards Tel Aviv. The journey will take approximately 35-45 minutes. Get off at the 'Chaim Levanon' stop. From there, walk approximately 5 minutes to the Palmach Museum located at Chaim Levanon St 10.
Train
Head to the Kfar Saba train station. Take a train towards Tel Aviv (either the 'Tel Aviv Savidor Center' or 'Tel Aviv HaShalom' stations). The train ride will last about 15-20 minutes. You will follow the paths along the main streets until reaching Chaim Levanon Street in Tel Aviv. This walk may take around 2-2.5 hours, so prepare accordingly.
