Bus
From Kfar Saba, head to the Kfar Saba Central Bus Station (תחנת אוטובוס קפר סבא מרכז). You can take bus number 47 towards Tel Aviv. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Tel Aviv Central Bus Station, switch to bus number 5 or 13, which will take you to the Tel Aviv Port area. Get off at the stop 'Nemal Tel Aviv' (נמל תל אביב), which is right by the port.

Make your way to the Kfar Saba train station (תחנת רכבת קפר סבא). Board a train heading towards Tel Aviv (Tel Aviv University or Tel Aviv Savidor). The journey will take about 20-30 minutes. Get off at the Tel Aviv Savidor train station. From there, you can take a bus number 5 or 13 towards the Tel Aviv Port and get off at the 'Nemal Tel Aviv' stop.

If you're already in the central area of Kfar Saba, you can walk to the Kfar Saba Central Bus Station and catch bus number 47 towards Tel Aviv as described above. Walking to the station will take approximately 15 minutes depending on your starting point.
