From the Kfar Saba Central Bus Station, exit the station and head east on HaSharon St. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Jabotinsky St. Turn right onto Jabotinsky St and walk until you reach the train station. Take the train towards Tel Aviv and get off at the Tel Aviv Savidor Center station. Once you exit the train station, follow the signs towards the bus terminal and take bus number 25 towards 'Yefet Street'. Get off at the 'Yefet St 14' bus stop. The Clock Tower will be just a short walk from there.
