From Kfar Saba, head to the Kfar Saba Central Bus Station ('מרכזית ק. סבא'). Once there, take the bus line 147 towards Tel Aviv. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the 'HaShalom' bus stop in Tel Aviv, which is close to the Yitzhak Rabin Center. From the bus stop, walk south on HaShalom Street until you reach Chaim Levanon Street. Turn left onto Chaim Levanon Street, and you will find the Yitzhak Rabin Center at number 8.
