From the entrance of Masada National Park, head towards the main path that leads to the Masada cable car station. Follow the signs for the cable car. After arriving at the top, exit the cable car and follow the path towards the western side of the fortress. From there, you will see a marked trail leading down towards the Dead Sea area. Continue along this trail until you reach the main road. At the junction, turn left and follow the road signs indicating 'Bethlehem'.
