Walking
Starting from the Masada Visitor Center, head south towards the entrance of the Masada National Park. There should be clear signage directing you to the trails. Take the path that leads towards the Snake Path, which is a well-known hiking route to the top of Masada. Follow the Snake Path, which will take approximately 1-2 hours to reach the summit. Once you reach the top, enjoy the views and spend some time exploring the ancient ruins.
Walking
After visiting the summit, descend back to the base of Masada using the same Snake Path. Once you return to the visitor center, exit the park area and head towards the main road (Route 90). From the visitor center, walk towards the north until you reach the bus stop for local transportation.
Bus
Catch the bus heading south towards Ein Gedi or the Dead Sea area. Ensure to check the bus schedule as services may vary. The Wadi Bokek area is approximately a 30-minute bus ride from Masada. Ask the bus driver to let you know when you reach the Wadi Bokek stop, which is well-marked.
