From Modi'in, head to the Modi'in Central Bus Station (תחנה מרכזית מודיעין). Take the bus number 180 or 181 towards Jerusalem. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the 'Jerusalem Central Bus Station' (תחנה מרכזית ירושלים). After alighting, follow the signs to the tram station.
