From Modi'in, head to the Modi'in Central Bus Station (תחנה מרכזית מודיעין). Take the bus number 180 or 181 towards Jerusalem. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the 'Jerusalem Central Bus Station' (תחנה מרכזית ירושלים). After alighting, follow the signs to the tram station.

From the 'Jerusalem Central Bus Station', board the light rail tram (the red line) towards 'Hadar Mall' (הדר mall). Get off at the 'City Hall' station (עירייה). After exiting the tram, head towards the Old City of Jerusalem, following the signs. It will take about 15-20 minutes to walk to Al-Aqsa Mosque from this point.

Once you are near the 'City Hall' tram station, walk towards the Jaffa Gate (שער יפו) of the Old City. Enter through the gate, and navigate through the bustling streets, following the signs to the Western Wall (כותל המערבי). From the Western Wall, continue walking toward the Al-Aqsa Mosque, which is located on the Temple Mount (הר הבית). It should take around 15 minutes to reach the mosque from the Western Wall.
