If you are starting from the center of Modi'in, head east on HaShmura Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Ben Gurion Boulevard. Turn right onto Ben Gurion Boulevard and walk until you reach the bus station at the intersection with Rechov HaMikdash. From there, you will need to catch a local bus (bus number 10 or 12) heading toward the area of Anim synagogue. Alight at the stop 'Anim'. Once you get off the bus, walk straight for about 200 meters, and you will see the Anim synagogue on your right.
