Walking
If you are starting from the Modi'in train station, exit the station and head east on HaYarden Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Lev Ha-Ir Street. Turn left onto Lev Ha-Ir Street and walk for about 1.5 kilometers. You will see signs for האגם של יעקב as you approach the area.
Bus
From the Modi'in city center, you can take bus line 46 from the central bus station towards Reut. Get off at the 'Lev Ha-Ir St' stop. From there, it's a short walk of about 300 meters to האגם של יעקב. Head east on Lev Ha-Ir Street, and you will find the lake on your left.
Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, you can ride from the Modi'in city center. Head east on HaYarden Street, then turn left onto Lev Ha-Ir Street. Continue riding straight for approximately 1.5 kilometers. The lake will be on your left side. There are bike paths available along Lev Ha-Ir Street.
