    Getting There

    Public Bus

    From Modi'in, head to the Modi'in Central Bus Station. Look for Bus Line 64, which travels directly to Jerusalem. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Jerusalem Central Bus Station, follow the signs to the light rail station and board the light rail tram towards 'Mount Herzl'. Get off at the 'City Hall' stop. From there, walk towards the Jaffa Gate, which is approximately a 15-minute walk. The Tower of David is located just inside the Jaffa Gate.

    Train

    Start at the Modi'in train station and take a train towards Tel Aviv. Get off at the 'Lod' station and transfer to a train heading to Jerusalem. After arriving at the 'Jerusalem Yitzhak Navon' train station, exit the station and take Bus Line 66 towards the Old City. Get off at the 'Jaffa Gate' stop. The Tower of David is a short walk from the gate, located just inside.

    Taxi or Ride-Sharing

    If you prefer a more direct route, consider taking a taxi or using a ride-sharing app such as Gett or Uber. Simply input 'Tower of David, Jerusalem' as your destination. The drive from Modi'in to the Tower of David will take approximately 30 minutes, depending on traffic.

    Walking from Central Bus Station

    Once you arrive at the Jerusalem Central Bus Station, you can also choose to walk to the Tower of David. Exit the bus station and head northwest towards Jaffa Street. Continue on Jaffa Street until you reach the intersection with David Street. Turn left on David Street, and continue walking until you reach the Tower of David, which will be on your right. This walk will take approximately 25-30 minutes.
