Walking
From the center of Nahariya, head towards the coastal promenade. Walk north along the promenade until you reach the Nahariya train station. Once you arrive at the train station, purchase a ticket for the train heading to Akko (Acre). This is a short ride, taking approximately 10 minutes. After reaching Akko, exit the train station and look for the bus stop just outside. Take bus number 364 towards Rosh HaNikra. The bus ride will take around 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Rosh HaNikra stop, follow the signs towards the entrance of the Rosh HaNikra grottoes.

Rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Nahariya. Start cycling along the coastal road (Route 4) heading north. The ride is beautiful and takes about 30-40 minutes, depending on your speed.
