If you are traveling by car, head towards Mitzpe Ramon, which is a central location in the Negev region. From the main highway, Route 40, take the exit towards Mitzpe Ramon. Once you reach Mitzpe Ramon, navigate to Nakhal Meishar Street. The Landroom Observatory is located at Nakhal Meishar St 2. There is parking available nearby, but be mindful of any local parking regulations.
Public Transportation
To reach Landroom Observatory using public transportation, take a bus to Mitzpe Ramon from major cities like Be'er Sheva or Tel Aviv. The bus service is operated by several companies, including Egged. Once you arrive at Mitzpe Ramon bus station, you will need to walk or take a taxi to Nakhal Meishar St 2. The walk is approximately 1.5 kilometers and should take around 20 minutes. If you prefer a taxi, it is advisable to book one through a local taxi service or ride-hailing app. Expect to pay around 30-50 NIS for the taxi ride from the bus station to the observatory.
