From the center of Ra'anana, walk to the nearest bus stop on Ahuza Street. Take bus number 29 towards Tel Aviv. Stay on the bus for about 40 minutes, and get off at the 'Lehi Museum' stop. After getting off, walk about 5 minutes to Avraham Stern St 8, where the museum is located.

Head to the Ra'anana train station, which is on the Tel Aviv – Herzliya line. Take a train towards Tel Aviv. After about 20 minutes, get off at the 'Tel Aviv Savidor' station. From there, you can take a bus number 5 or 25 towards 'Hagana'. Get off at the 'Lehi Museum' stop. Walk for about 5 minutes to reach Avraham Stern St 8.

If you prefer a more direct option, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Ra'anana. Just tell the driver to take you to Avraham Stern St 8, Tel Aviv-Yafo. The journey will take about 25 minutes depending on traffic.
