The bus ride to Tel Aviv takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the 'Chaim Levanon' stop. From there, walk for about 5 minutes along Chaim Levanon Street until you reach the Palmach Museum located at Chaim Levanon St 10.
Train

Make your way to the Raanana train station, which is about a 20-minute walk from the city center. Catch a train heading towards Tel Aviv. The journey will take around 20 minutes. Get off at the 'Tel Aviv University' station. Once you exit the station, take bus number 7 or 49 from the bus stop outside the station, and get off at 'Chaim Levanon' stop.
