Public Bus
From Ramat Gan, take bus number 56 from the Ramat Gan Central Bus Station towards Jerusalem. The journey will take approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Kiryat Moshe' stop in Jerusalem. From there, you can walk approximately 15 minutes to the Wohl Rose Garden, located at the southern part of the city near the Hebrew University. Follow the signs toward the garden.

Head to the Ramat Gan train station and take a train towards Jerusalem. Be sure to check the train schedule for timings. The train ride will take around 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Jerusalem train station, exit and take bus number 1 or 78 from the bus terminal next to the train station. Get off at the 'Givat Ram' stop, and walk approximately 10 minutes to the Wohl Rose Garden.
