Turn left onto Sderot Ben Gurion and walk until you reach the train station. Take the train towards Tel Aviv and get off at the 'Haifa Bat Galim' station. From there, it's a short walk to Louis Promenade. Exit the station, head towards the seafront, and follow the signs to the promenade.
