If you are starting from the Safed city center, head east on Jerusalem Street (Rehov Yerushalayim) until you reach the intersection with Arlozorov Street. Turn left onto Arlozorov Street and continue walking for about 10 minutes. You will pass the Safed Cemetery on your right. After you pass the cemetery, continue straight until you reach the junction with Unnamed Road. Turn right onto Unnamed Road. Emek HaTkhelet Park will be on your left after about 5 minutes of walking.
