From the center of Safed, head south on Ha-Rav Kook Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Beit Yitzhak Street. Turn left onto Beit Yitzhak Street and follow it until you reach the bus station. From there, take bus line 36 towards Rosh HaNikra. Stay on the bus until you reach the Rosh HaNikra stop. Once you get off, follow the signs towards the Grottoes, which are about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.
