From the center of Safed, head towards the Old City by walking up the main street, Jerusalem Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with HaPalmach Street. Turn left onto HaPalmach Street and walk until you reach the next intersection with Rehov HaRabbi Kook. Turn right onto Rehov HaRabbi Kook and follow it as it curves to the left. After a short walk, you will see the Red Mosque on your right. It is located at approximately 32.964648 latitude and 35.495997 longitude.

If you are near the Safed Citadel, exit the Citadel and head down the hill towards the Old City. Walk through the narrow streets until you reach the main road, Jerusalem Street. Turn left and walk straight, then take a right onto HaPalmach Street. Follow HaPalmach Street to the intersection with Rehov HaRabbi Kook, turn right, and the Red Mosque will be on your right-hand side.
