If you are traveling by car, start from Beit Shemesh. Head south on Route 38 for approximately 10 kilometers. When you reach the junction, take a left turn onto Route 375. Continue for about 6 kilometers until you see signs for Adullam Grove Nature Reserve. Turn right and follow the signs to the parking area of the reserve. Please note that there may be a small parking fee, so ensure you have some cash or a credit card ready.

Public Transportation - Bus
If you're taking public transportation, you can catch a bus from Beit Shemesh to the nearest stop to Adullam Grove Nature Reserve. Look for bus line 75 which travels towards Moshav Tirosh. You will need to get off at the stop closest to the reserve. From there, it is about a 15-20 minute walk to the entrance of the park. Be sure to check the current bus schedules, as they can vary, especially on weekends.
