From the Tel Aviv Port area, head southeast towards HaYarkon Street. Turn left onto HaYarkon Street and walk straight until you reach Ben Yehuda Street. Turn right onto Ben Yehuda Street and continue until you reach the intersection with Rothschild Boulevard. Turn left onto Rothschild Boulevard and walk until you reach the intersection with Allenby Street. Turn right onto Allenby and continue walking until you reach the beach promenade. Follow the promenade south until you reach the entrance to Andromeda's Rock at Retzif HaAliya HaShniya Street.

Find the nearest bus stop and take bus line 5 or 10 towards the beach. Get off at the 'HaAliyah HaShniya' stop. From there, walk a few minutes east towards Retzif HaAliya HaShniya Street, where Andromeda's Rock is located.

Bicycle
If you have access to a rental bike, head towards the Tel Aviv promenade. Ride south along the beachfront promenade until you reach the area of Andromeda's Rock at Retzif HaAliya HaShniya Street. The scenic route along the beach is very enjoyable.
