To reach Park HaTachana, you can take a bus from the central bus station (Tel Aviv Central Bus Station). Look for buses that go towards the 'Neve Tzedek' area. From there, walk west on Allenby Street until you reach the beach promenade, then head south along the promenade until you see Kaufmann Street. Park HaTachana will be on your left.
