From the Carmel Market, walk to the nearest bus stop on HaCarmel Street. Take bus number 5 or 18 towards Dizengoff. The ride will take about 5-10 minutes. Get off at the 'Dizengoff/Ben Gurion' stop, which is very close to Kikar Dizengoff. Walk a short distance west on Dizengoff Street, and you will see Kikar Dizengoff at Dizengoff St 92.
