Public Transportation (Bus)
If you prefer to use public transportation, find the nearest bus stop in Neve Tzedek. Take either bus line 10 or 25 towards the direction of the Tel Aviv Port. Get off at the 'Kaufmann St' stop, which is very close to the entrance of Park HaTachana. Make sure to have a valid Rav-Kav card to pay for your bus fare, which costs around 5.90 NIS.

For a more active approach, consider renting a bicycle. There are several bike rental stations around Neve Tzedek. Once you have your bike, head down Shabazi Street towards the coast, making a right on Kaufmann Street. Park your bike in the designated area near Park HaTachana.
