If you're driving, head to San Giovanni di Fassa via the SS48 road. From any point along the Alta Via 1, follow signs leading to Val di Fassa. Once you reach the town of San Giovanni di Fassa, look for signs directing you to the Fassa Valley. The valley is easily accessible from the center of the town. Parking is available in designated areas.
Public Transportation
To reach Fassa Valley using public transportation, take a bus from any nearby town along the Alta Via 1, such as Canazei or Moena. Look for the local bus service that connects to San Giovanni di Fassa. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the San Giovanni di Fassa bus station, head towards the town center, where signs for the Fassa Valley will lead you to the entrance. The valley is a short walk from the bus station.
