If you're driving, take the A22 motorway towards Bolzano and exit at 'Bressanone/Val Pusteria'. Follow the signs for SS49, which leads you towards Val Pusteria. Continue on SS49 until you reach the junction for Prags (Braies). Turn onto SP40, which will take you directly to Plätzwiese. The drive should take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on traffic conditions.

To reach Plätzwiese by public transport, take a train to 'Bruneck' (Brunico) station from your starting point in the region. From Bruneck, take bus number 442 towards 'Prags (Braies)'.
