If you're driving from any point in the Amalfi Coast, take the SS163 coastal road towards Salerno. Continue on this road until you reach the intersection with the A3 motorway towards Naples. Merge onto the A3 and follow the signs for Ercolano. Take the exit towards Ercolano and follow the signs to the town center. Once in Ercolano, navigate to Corso Resina. The Teatro di Herculaneum is located at Corso Resina, 123, 80056 Ercolano. There is limited street parking available, so plan to arrive early to secure a spot. Note that parking may incur a fee.

Public Transportation - Train
To reach Teatro di Herculaneum via public transport, take a train from any station along the Amalfi Coast, such as Sorrento, to Napoli Centrale. From Napoli Centrale, transfer to the Circumvesuviana train line towards Sorrento and get off at Ercolano Scavi station. After exiting the station, walk approximately 15 minutes, heading northeast along Via IV Novembre, then turn left onto Corso Resina. The Teatro di Herculaneum is located at Corso Resina, 123. The train ticket will cost around €3-5, depending on your starting point.

You can also take a SITA bus from the Amalfi Coast to Naples. From Naples, take the bus to Ercolano. Once you arrive in Ercolano, you can walk approximately 10 minutes to Teatro di Herculaneum by heading north on Via Cavour, then turning right onto Corso Resina. The bus fare from the Amalfi Coast to Naples is approximately €8-10, and the bus from Naples to Ercolano typically costs around €2.
