Car
If you're traveling by car from Positano, take the SS163 road towards Amalfi. Continue on SS163 until you reach the junction for Agerola, then take the exit for A3 towards Naples. Follow the A3 for about 20 minutes until you reach the exit for Pompei. Follow the signs to Pompei and then to Via delle Scuole. There is parking available near the site, but be aware that parking fees may apply.

From Amalfi, take the SITA bus towards Salerno. You will need to transfer at the Pompei Scavi stop. Once you arrive at Pompei Scavi, it's a short walk to Via delle Scuole. Follow the signs towards the archaeological site; it should take about 10 minutes on foot. Bus tickets cost around €2.00 and can be purchased at local kiosks or on the bus.

Traveling by train from Sorrento is also an option. Take the Circumvesuviana train towards Naples and get off at the Pompei Scavi station. From the train station, follow the signs to the archaeological site, which is roughly a 15-20 minute walk to Via delle Scuole. Train tickets cost about €3.50.
