If you are driving from the Amalfi Coast, take the SS163 coastal road towards Positano. Continue on this road until you reach the junction with the A3 motorway. Merge onto the A3 towards Napoli and take the exit for Pompei. Follow the signs for Pompei and then Via dell'Abbondanza, where Terme Stabiane is located. Parking is available nearby, but note that there may be a fee (around €1-2 per hour).

From Amalfi, take a SITA bus towards Salerno. Disembark at Pompei (the journey takes about 1 hour). Once you arrive at the Pompei bus station, walk towards the archaeological site, which is approximately a 15-minute stroll. Follow the signs directing you to Via dell'Abbondanza. The bus fare is approximately €2-3.

If you prefer to travel by train, take a Circumvesuviana train from Sorrento to Pompei. The journey takes roughly 30-40 minutes.
