Walk along Via Villa dei Misteri for approximately 10 minutes. As you walk, you'll notice signs directing you to the Antiquarium di Pompei. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Plinio. Turn left onto Via Plinio and walk for about 5 minutes. The Antiquarium di Pompei will be on your right, just before the intersection with Via Roma.
