From the central Piazza dei Dogi in Amalfi, head towards the main road, Via Lorenzo d'Amalfi. Walk east along this road for about 200 meters until you reach the intersection with Via Santa Caterina. Turn left onto Via Santa Caterina and continue walking for about another 300 meters. You will eventually reach the Amalfi bus station. From there, you will need to catch a bus to Naples. The bus ride will take approximately 1.5 hours.
