Walking
From the Amalfi Cathedral (Cattedrale di Sant'Andrea), head east on Via Lorenzo d'Amalfi towards Via Salita dei Patriarchi. Continue straight on Via Lorenzo d'Amalfi until you reach the intersection with Via delle Cartiere. Turn left onto Via delle Cartiere and continue until you reach the beach. From there, take the coastal road (Via Marina) towards Sorrento. Follow the signs towards Sorrento and look for the 'Sorrento Car Tours' office located on the main road as you approach Sorrento. It should be approximately a 30-minute walk.

Go to the Amalfi Bus Station located near the main square (Piazza Flavio Gioia). Look for the Sita bus that is headed towards Sorrento. The bus ride takes approximately 1 hour. Get off at the Sorrento bus terminal, which is centrally located. From the bus terminal, walk towards the main road, and you will see 'Sorrento Car Tours' on your left side, about a 5-minute walk.
