Walking
If you are starting from the main square of Ravello, Piazza Vescovado, head northeast on Via Vescovado. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via San Giovanni del Toro. Turn left onto Via San Giovanni del Toro and walk for about 300 meters, enjoying the beautiful views along the way. After that, take a right onto Via della Repubblica and follow it until you reach Piazza Fontana Moresca, where Caseificio Staiano is located at number 1. The cheese factory will be on your left, just a few steps from the piazza.

From the Villa Rufolo, exit and head down Via della Repubblica, which will lead you back towards the center of Ravello. Continue on this road for about 400 meters until you reach Piazza Fontana Moresca. Caseificio Staiano will be at the corner of the piazza, on your right at number 1. Look for the sign indicating the cheese factory to guide you.

If you are coming from the Ravello Cathedral, exit the cathedral and head towards the main square, Piazza Vescovado. From there, take Via Vescovado northeast until you hit Via San Giovanni del Toro. Make a left and continue until you reach Via della Repubblica. Turn right and walk until you arrive at Piazza Fontana Moresca. The cheese factory will be located at number 1, on your left side.
