If you are starting from the main square of Ravello, Piazza Vescovado, head northeast on Via Vescovado. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via San Giovanni del Toro. After that, take a right onto Via della Repubblica and follow it until you reach Piazza Fontana Moresca, where Caseificio Staiano is located at number 1. The cheese factory will be on your left, just a few steps from the piazza.
