    If you're driving from Aosta, head east on the A5 motorway towards Courmayeur. Follow the signs for the E27 and exit at Aosta Est. Continue on the SS26 towards the direction of Pré-Saint-Didier and then take the SS27 towards the direction of the Mont Blanc Tunnel. After crossing into Switzerland, follow the signs to Zermatt. Since Zermatt is a car-free village, you will need to park at Täsch (the last point accessible by car). From Täsch, take the shuttle train (Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn) to Zermatt, which will take about 12 minutes. Once in Zermatt, walk towards Englischer Viertel 8, which is approximately a 10-minute walk from the train station.

    To reach Zermatt via public transportation, start from Aosta by taking the regional bus to Courmayeur. From Courmayeur, catch a bus to Pré-Saint-Didier. Next, take the train at Pré-Saint-Didier station to the Aosta train station. From Aosta, board a train towards Brig and transfer to the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn train at Brig that goes to Zermatt. After arriving in Zermatt, walk to Englischer Viertel 8, which is about a 10-minute walk from the train station.
