Car
If you are driving, take the A14 motorway towards Bari. Exit at 'Bari Nord' and follow signs for SS 16 towards Taranto. Continue on SS 16 until you reach Locorotondo. Once in Locorotondo, follow local signs to the center of town. Antico Borgo Liquorificio is located at Via Martiri della Libertà, 23. There is usually street parking available nearby, but be sure to check for any parking restrictions.

To reach Antico Borgo Liquorificio via public transportation, take a train from Bari Centrale to Locorotondo. Trains run regularly and the journey takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive at Locorotondo train station, you can either walk (approximately 15 minutes) or take a local bus towards the city center. If walking, exit the station and head south on Via M. S. D'Angelo, then turn left onto Via Martiri della Libertà. The distillery will be on your right.
