From Bari and Polignano to Sea-Cave Tour Between Land and Sea
Complicated logistics
Many drop offs that require you to navigate back too. Our last meeting point the driver gave us a different meeting point than the tour company texted later in the day. This would have ended badly except for the young man at the boat drop that made contact with the pro Der and had the driver redirected to the correct port, where the boat ride finished. Otherwise would rate only two stars.

What a nice day!
What a nice day we had! Due to rising wind, our boat trip could not be guaranteed, but they let us join a cooking workshop instead. For our booking, we chose the English tour, but on the day itself, it turned out that we had more languages, which required extra time for translation. Here and there we had to wait longer during a stop because we were placing an order at a food stop as a group. We had a lot of fun on the tuk-tuk tour! How nice. Really recommended. The cooking workshop was also fun and could even have lasted longer.

PRIVATE boat tour from Monopoli 3h or 5h with Skipper and Aperitif
Beautiful
We took the 3 hour option, departing at 09:00. Would recommend 10/10 - the early morning departure meant the sights were significantly less congested than later in the day. The skipper was knowledgable about the area. Swimming in the sea with a view to Polignano was heavenly.
