Head northeast on Via Roma, then turn left onto Via della Torre, where you'll see the castle at Piazza della Torre, 2.

First, take a train from Arezzo to Siena. The train station in Arezzo is located at Piazza della Stazione. Once you reach Siena, exit the train station and find the bus terminal nearby. Look for the bus to Radda in Chianti, which should be marked clearly. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. After arriving in Radda, follow the walking directions provided for the bus option to reach Castello di Volpaia.

If you're feeling adventurous and want to enjoy the scenic views, consider a long hike from Arezzo to Radda in Chianti. Start at the Arezzo city center and head southwest on Via Giuseppe Mazzini, continue on through the countryside towards Radda. The distance is approximately 20 kilometers and may take around 5 hours.
